Alex, I was born one month before you, but I was deported to Mogilev. Can I
receive any star for that?

Subject: AW: [Cz-L] Czernowitzers in categories.

Hardy left holes in his categorization matrix.
According to it I'm just nobody, as I don't fit in any of the categories.

I stayed 6 to 20 years but I don't speak Romanian, so **** - (4 star
minus
for lack of Romanian).
But, I was borne in Czernowitz, but after the war, so maybe ***** - (5 star
minus for being borne late)
I don't recite Schiller, nor do I sing Kalman operettas, etc., but I'm sure
this
is true also for many of 5 star Czernowitzers.

So, where do I find myself?
I suggest another plus for somebody who was still in Czernowitz when most
already left.
As my grandfather was an officer in the K.u.K army ( a plus )
and ancestors from both side of my parents were living in the Bukowina
already
in the 18. century ( introducing another plus ),
I'm either **** +++ ( 4 star plus plus plus ) or alternatively ***** -++ ( 5

star minus plus plus )

Have fun.
Alex
