I remember a story about Liszt performing in Czernowitz in a private residence for lack of a Concert Hall and donating the proceeds for Concert Hall. The timing could be right. Anybody else knows about it? It is hard to find today acoustic like that. They could use it in Kennedy Center concert hall.
