Hi Hardy, you are perfectly wright, all nations, who lived in the Bukowina
had the same laws and the same liberties. there were only some ukrainians
nationalists, who wished annection to Russia, the communist Russia, and than
in 1940, they became "germans" and went with the Germans"Heim ins Reich",
were put in the SS and...we know what they did...
