Hi Jerome and Lydia,
The photo from 1933
It was the Liceul de Fete No.2., L.F.2, in the Landhausgasse. I believe it
was earlyer than 1933,because we had already other uniforms, black suit with
white embroidered collar and a ribbon dark blue with white points.In the row
of the teachers :from left:
the 3.persom: Martha Marirni( mathem)one unnown, Elena Petrovici
(hystory),Jianu (music),Sternberg (french)Gaina (naural science), Popescu
(cooking)
the next row down:
the 2.girl from lefti : Martha Geffner, I met her 2 years ago at a
Cz.reunion in Tel-Aviv
the 2.girl from right is Erika Lecker, she married Dr.Mehlmann from
Kimpolung, her son is .Alexander Mehlmann, Prof. Mathematics at the
University at Vienna.
I did not knew Lydias mother, the difference ..3 years..
