In Kiev they advertise tours to Czernowitz as follows:
If you have not enough money to travel to Europe but you want to see Prague,
Paris and Vienna - come to Chernivtsi and you will have an idea of those
cities and save time and money.

The city which draws most Ukrainian tourists is Lviv, but Czernowitz is
second. Ahead of Kiev, Odessa or the Crimea!
