[Cz-L] Updated: Deportations Czernowitz -> Transnistria database now on-line

Czernowitzers...

Through the good offices of Berti Glaubach and Emil Hitzig, the updated
database is now available on Ehpes. The occupations of those deported
have been transcribed and translated into English and each entry has
been gone over again, with corrections made as necessary.

I'm sure you'll join me in thanking Noemi, Berti, and Emil for
persevering with this worthwhile task.
