In case you aren't already aware of its existence, here's something you
might enjoy: http://www.lvivcenter.org/en/umd/map/?ci_mapid=53 - a map of
Czernowitz from 1905.
It's probably easiest if you open the map in two separate window, one to
look at the index of street names, the other to navigate around the map,
which can be made larger and smaller as required.
There are also two other maps to explore, on the left-hand side of the
page...
