Facts on Zwinter cleanup situation:
 1. Not coping with the natural growth of greenery.
 2. Fund raising resources gone dry.
 3. Donator platform too narrow.
 4. No organizational anchor in Cz.
 5. Headquarters 10,000 miles away from battlefield .
 6. Jewish locals not involved.
 7. Local authorities sympathetic to the cause but not very helpful.
 8. Ukraina Jewish Vaad opposed to cleanup project ( How do explain that ?)
 9. The 2 voluntary groups are the only positive actions so far.
     A sign from heaven but cannot solve the problem on their own.
     Where to go from here ?
     Assigning tasks by a convention to non responsive bodies will
      do any good?
