[Cz-L] Address Books (City Directories) - update

Czernowitzers...
        
I have yesterday added the Excel spreadsheets for each of the city and
business directories that appear on Ehpes. These load much faster than
the html versions, but of course you need Excel or OpenOffice on your
computer to view them.
        
Aside from speed with which the spreadsheets load, you can re-sort,
re-arrange, combine data from the different sheets and produce new
sheets in ways that make sense for your individual research needs.
