RE: [Cz-L] address in 1930s Czernowitz

I am referring to the Ukrainian name of the street. Once you use the term
"vulitza" , before the name of the street, it means the Ukrainian name. In
that case one should say "Czervonoarmiyska vulitza" and not
"Krasnoarmeyskaya vulitza".
