What is this : The dream lives my life to an end ?
Translating the words does not give more meaning to the sentence.
        This is not colloquial language.
         This is poetry.
Even in the original German it doesnt make sense.
           All the translation are futile.
Unless you're in a poetic state of mind:
"This post writes itself into perdition"

Oops, sorry for my mistranslation and thank you for drawing my attention to
it. Hedwig and Sylvia are completely right. "Der Traum lebt mein Leben zu
Ende" means:

"The Dream Lives My Life to an End"

Enjoy the material!
