RE: [Cz-L] Liberation of Czernowitz

Dear Anny,

I'm really sorry, as I wasn't my intention at all to awaken painful memories by releasing this video clip under that title, but it is for sure a unique video document. Thank you for your testimony, which is so essential for our comprehension. I was in doubt about setting "Liberation" into quotation marks, but finally I decided not to do so. Notwithstanding all crimes, persecutions, deportations, etc., without the Red Army probably most of us wouldn't have survived the Holocaust, or - as me, as a 2nd generation Czernowitzer - wouldn't have been born to report on that enormously sad period of time.
