[Cz-L] From Czernowitz to Lvov

All,

I am doing a mini-family roots tour starting Monday when I land in Romania.
I expect to arrive in Czernowitz via Suceava on Wednesday or Thursday.

A couple of questions:

1. I expect to visit the archives in Czernowitz. Is there anything I should
know about opening / closing times, hints, etc.?
2. My family is from Zastavna and I plan to visit there as well. Anything I
should know?
3. I want to progress from Czernowitz to Lvov. What is the best way to get
there? Is there somewhere (Chabad or the like) to spend Shabbat near Lvov?
