Again, Edgar Hauster's " Srul Lichtman " clip steals the show hands down,

Subject: [Cz-L] Visit to Mohyliv-Podilskyi - A Team Work!

Czernowitzers...

Just in time for Sabbath and/or for the weekend I've released for you a very
special posting. It's much more - in terms of quality and quantity - than
regular postings, it's a trip report on a visit to Mohyliv-Podilskyi, made
by Marla Raucher Osborn and her husband Jay Osborn three weeks ago today.
Marla and Jay were accompanied on this trip by their fellow Lviv researcher
(and friend) Alex Denysenko and his driver Vitaly. Marla is an exceptionally
gifted researcher and became - well deserved - Director of JewishGen Gesher
Galicia. I've merged Marla's report with Jay's and my own pictures from
Mohyliv-Podilskyi, taken in the year 2010 and so I'm pleased to present, as
a result of our team work, the following posting at Ehpes.com Blog to all of
you:

http://ehpes.com/blog1/2011/11/11/visit-to-mohyliv-podilskyi-a-team-work-2/

In the report you'll find a picture, displaying a request (in Romanian
language) addressed to Dr. Stern, dated July 9, 1943. The requestor,
Cristina Chis... from Mohyliv, is asking for at least some trousers a shirt
and some other pieces of clothing. Cristina is closing her heart-touching
request by mentioning:

"Evacuated from the Edineti Community in Bessarabia, we arrived completely
naked. That, what you see is that, what I am [naked]."

Apropos "team work"! Does anyone of our Romanian speaking/reading experts
descipher word by word the first three lines of the request. I'll be pleased
to add the complete translation to our above mentioned posting.

Enjoy the report and we would be pleased to receive your comments and/or
questions.
