I just came across a book review by Ronit Fisher in
the 2003 edition of the journal "Jewish History".
> Jewish History 17: 363368, 2003.
The two books reviewed are:
"Ruth's journey: A Survivor's Memoir" by our list member Ruth Gold
"Walachian Years: Politico-Cultural Chronicle of a Youth, 1940-1960"
by Bernard Politzer.
This book review discusses the genre of autobiographies by Holocaust
survivors and discusses the change in attitudes to books of this genre.
The review is very well written and it gives me hope that we may still be
able to have a collection of our memories published.
