And if anybody feels nostalgic,one of the tram cars is parked on a very
short bit of track opposite the Hauptbahnhof!! (for the uneducated this is
the Main Railway Station!!) Cornel

You probably liked them best because being brought to Czernowitz only in
the second part of the 1930th they were new and nice and cleanest and also
moving quietly - the tramway was a mixed lo,t some new some old and
looking ugly and so were probably the buses which anyhow were rare and
circulating not always according to time table.
