Hi Lydia,
There were some owners of Tricotania, a big factory for trico-things, from
lingerie e "milanez" to pull-over,in the Wassergasse??? was
Mr.Naphtalisohn,Deligdish... Naftalisohn built a big appartement-house on
the corner Albertinengasse-Verbindungsgasse and they lived their, opposite
our house...his daughter was some 4/5 years elder than me,,,she married
Dr.Robert Meidler, a physician, the son of the very famous physician,
cardiolog, in Czernowitz, ... in the late 50-ies, I heard they divorced ,
and my friend in Tel-Aviv told me that she is playng bridge with
Naphtalison, I forgot her first name, some years ago..I will ask my friend,
if she is now playng cards.Searching in my library I came on a small
booklet, german poems by ARIE BEN CHORIN,,,I never heard about him, but
on the end is a short biography :"born in 1934 in Czernowitz, Bukowina as
Siegfried Teitler, after many adventures, came 1950 to Israel, made his
army, and worked as a state-clarc.. I asked Hardy and Iulku, and none of my
friends from Cz.know him. In the Google I found him with some books, ...
May be somebody of the list knows where he is now??? his adress or E-mail???
Have a good 2012.
Hedwig
