Sorry, but I have no idea where the the son of the Sattinger's lives.
I don't even know his first name. Perhaps some computer maven would know how to find him.

I assume that they were not from Czernowitz, but from some small village or town near-by. I say this based on the fact, that after their return fom Transnistria, Mr. Markus Sattinger  went to visit his village, where he was murdered by some Ucrainian villagers.

Since the Sattingers lost their 2-year-old girl in Bershad, they badly wanted to have another child, and at the time of Mr. Sattinger's murder, Sally was already pregnant.

Assuming that the boy was born 1945 or 46, he must be 66 years old.

I also associate their name with that of a family Landwer. Perhaps that would help the search.
