Hardy,
I have to admit that I didn't give much credence to this rumour,
although I've heard it a few times over the years.

And throughout the Kastner family (from Radautz), there has
always been a story that we came from Spain and that our
original name was Da Costa. Of course, no one who told me
this was able to substantiate it. And we are all 100% Ashkenazi.
