Hi Hardy ans all, No , it can not be the Rathaus steps, behind is street
corner and if you remember, there is the corner to the
Liliengasse-Gymnasialg. where is the Aron-Pumnul Gymnasium, but you can not
see the corner, on Ringplatz are on this row now the Museum and other big
houses, so it must be in Bucarest,as Edgar said
