I enjoyed reading the article, I always like to read about Czernowitz.
I also very much like Dr. Josif Bursuk and this article draws a nice
portrait of him.
But....
I wish the author would have spelt Dr. Bursuk's name correctly,
Bursuk and not Bursug.
I also wish he would have been more accurate in describing some facts;
Popovici issues about 19600 permits to remain in Czernowitz, not 15000.
And Popovici should not be likened to Schindler in the movie
"Schindler's List".
Popovici derived absolutely no benefits from saving a few thousand Jews.

I am also very much aware of what the author of this article did not
mention;
The burning of the Temple, by both Romanian and German military units.
And the Jews of Czernowitz who were murdered in July 1941.

Ja so ist es eben, (yes, that is how it is).
