http://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/german-ghetto-pension-system-taken-to-country-s-highest-court-a-832103.html
is an article called German High Court to Address Ghetto Pensions . .
. I wonder if any of the people who experienced the CZ ghetto would be
eligible . . .
In the article it states, "For years, former laborers in Nazi-era
ghettos have been fighting to get the pension that German law
ostensibly guarantees them. A strict interpretation of that
legislation, however, has meant that a vast majority of applications
have been rejected. Now, a complaint has been filed with Germany's
highest court."

<bconcept_at_hotmail.com>>> Czernowitzers...>> I'm quite sure, that most
of you, who visited Czernowitz, went - as I do nine times out of ten -
to see Café Viena - Wiener Café - Cofetaria Vieneza on Herrengasse and
enjoyed the excellent Viennese pastries. But did you also know, that
Wiener Café, replacing the Kleinberger Photo Studio, opened for the
very first time in May 1934 under the direction of an (Jewish)
immigrant, who was forced to flee from Germany? In "today's" edition of
"Der Tag", i. e. 09.05.1934/2012, p. 2, online at>>
http://czernowitzdaily.blogspot.com/>> we discovered the inaugural
advertisement, which we posted, completed by an article out of "Der
Tag", dated 06.05.1934/2012, and three additional photos - Three
Doctors at Wiener Café! - at our Ehpes.com Blog:>>
