Sorry Hardy, you got it wrong.

This pension is for "voluntary labor" in the ghettos. Most of us, Transnistria survivors are already receiving it. Some from the Czernowitz
ghetto also received it.

If you live in the USA, please call Laura Davis  at 212-813-0707. She is an attorney who is paid by the US government to assist the survivors. If you need more information, please get in touch with me.

Israeli citizens need to get in touch with their local "Claims Conference."

Good  luck!

The condition for getting German Social Security pension
they do not request proof of forced labor.
On the contrary ,you must prove that you were employed
and drew a monthly salary for whatever you did.

 If I got it right.

To the best of my knowledge, Czernowitz Jews while confined to the
ghetto,
were not forced to do labor. There were of course those who were forced
to sweep the streets, photographs of whom we have seen, but I think
that this
was the doing of the Romanian authorities.
