To Mr. Ahronoivitz:

I do not quite understand your agreements or disagreements
with either Norman Finkelstein, Noam Chomski, Tablet Magazine, etc.

But it is generally thought that the number of Jews deported
to Transnistria was at least 123,000 and possibly as high as 140,000.
Not all were from Bucovina. Many were from Bessarabia, and some
were from other regions of Romania.
By Sept. 1st of 1943, only 50,741 of those deported to Transnistria
were still alive.
