Really, I re-live Cz. in all its glory, just reading one sentence we so
often used!!!!
Funny, lovely, can't be translated, pure and simple Czernowitz. Come to
think of it, as Warschau was called a sad city starting with W(eh)
(pain) and ending in "au" and in the middle you didn't lick honey either
(arsch= behind), so Czerno-witz ending in Witz which is humour! (nothing
seems funny when translated)
