Now I got it .
We love Czernowitz because:
1. All the streets were paved (they were not )
2. Eminescu and Porumbescu lived there for a period.
3. Czermowitz had a University
4. Huberman gave concerts there
5. Because it was so well planned ?
6. Because it had a tram.
7. Buildings were designed by an architect.
8. And foremost because we are from there.

Czernowitz is a well known place in Europe.
Once I met a tourist from Germany when asked where I
am from I told him : Czernowitz.
This did not ring a bell so I helped ou :" Bukovina, you know."
    Then a light went up:
" Ah Bukovina- this is somewhere in Montenegro , isnt it ?"
