Thank you for your mail and your witness. No doubt about, the Romanization process didn't start in 1934, it started earlier, but we are facing another wave of Romanian examinations for the public employees in August 1934, as we learn nearly day by day from "Der Tag". Presumed that Hartmut Merkt's notice on Franz Porubsky's failure of an examination is correct, that could easily accentuate an already existing status of being "meschugge".
