[Cz-L] No Idea !

I you asked a Czernowitzer a question to which (in very rare cases )
he didnt know the answer his would say:
"Ich soll asoy wissen fin Zures" -( So shall I know of trouble)
  Meaning that he should know of trouble as much as he knew the answer.
   And that was very little.
     Complicated ? How did this come into being ?
  " Ich soll asoy wissen fin Zures"
