No, there were no street names back then in Klokucka.  I looked in the map from 1897 and could not find house #344.  But houses #343 and #345 are there at the edge of the map, so the location of #344 could be reasonably extrapolated.  It is on today's Zolochivs'ka Street, probably around #24.

I was looking at the 1898 city directory. Line 5318 is my great 
grandfather, Nuchim Kremnitz. It shows him living at number 344 in KA, but 
no street
name.
Line 8495 is Srul Moses Ruff, my great great grandfather.  I believe his
first name was Israel, but I'm guessing Srul is Israel.  Anyway, they also
show him at number 344, but no street name, also in KA.  Would you guess
that
the transcribers couldn't read the name of the street,  and that the
correct
address for both is 344 Synagogengasse? I know this is  just a guess.
