If we are to buy a hotel in Czernowitz, I vote for the "Bristol".
It is at a very good and relatively quiet location.
Close to the Musik-Verrein, the theatre, the Ringplatz and the Tempel.
There is probably also a nice view over the city.
While we are at it, shall we buy the Cheremosh in order to destroy it?
Or shall we keep it as an example of Soviet architecture and esthetic =20
sense?
Since we would evict the medical students from the Bristol, we would =20
have
to buy the Bokuvina as well and convert it to the medical students' =20
dormitory,
This way they would be much closer to the hospital.
