In order to contact the writer we must know who he is and how to reach
him.
  Here is the weak point.
We have no contact with the Jewish local community.
They should be the first involved - our kinsmen,
  The reality is different.
We dont know them - they dont know us.
They are locals we are strangers.
Cooperation ? They put up the Ghetto plate do things
in Czernowitz we dont know of.
We are not partners in a common cause.
We dont even know if the writer is Jewish nor does it matter,
So ,to really understand the article you need more than language.
How little do we know !!
Hardy
