Nov. 2, 2012.
As broadcasted on local channel 5 in Ukrainian language, the part which is

For the Rabbis Jewish is Jewish Religion, and they are the ones that
determine the agenda. We have to admit that without their activity Jewish
life there wouldn't have been as it is.
