Very interesting.
 The Losung says : "We strike against the closing of the cinema "
  They want their cinema back !
   Commercial center is not mentioned.
   After 60 years people get used to a cinema.
     I dont know Ukrainean but it seems the jewish point was not raised.
     Cinema or Mall - this is the question,
