[Cz-L] Roztoky Memorial

Czernowiters... Non-list-member Fran Stier asked if we could distribute

My grandfather, Jacob Stier, emigrated from Rostoky (in Bukovina) in
1913. When we visited Rostoky, we found a recent memorial to the Jews
murdered there July 5, 1941. Do you know how I could contact the group
that put up the memorial?
