Free boiled water in hospital ward ,Czernowitz Hospital.

All nice and beautiful.
Depending on how much the local administration can
prolong and improve the life span of the population.
Even in rich country the wealthy live longer .
Architecture per se is not their aim.
     Functionality maybe is.
I will soon put some pics on this so you
         can judge.

A lot of the thought behind good hospital design, in CZ as elsewhere,
is from the inside out, in providing light, ventilation, easy-to-clean
durability and integrating up-to-date technologies. This is a building
type for saving lives. Convenience and clarity can save lives. Time
studies for getting from the nurse's station to a patient room can save
lives. Hospitals typically comprise an integrated array of complex
architectural health-care environments - possibly the most difficult
architectural environment to orchestrate in a functionally beneficial
and productive way. And, amazingly, some of them also achieve
expression that is restoratively beautiful (for those with an eye
receptive to appreciating it), on the exterior and the interior.
