It is 7:47 on a lovely Czernowitz morning morning.
  On both clocks the minutes hand advances the hours hand.
   Curiously they show exactly the same time.
  Not a cloud in the sky which is perfectly blue.
   Visibility is very good.
     Note:" Viribus Unitis " the old Austrian slogan appears now on the
Rathaus roof.
       "With united forces". It was never there before !
