On the Routes to Roots Foundation website, it shows that birth records for
Storozhinets can be found at the ZAGS Archives in Czernowitz.

The period covered is 1909 to 1941.

Perhaps another list member would have the ZAGS City Archive
address/contact information for Sidy?
