Hello,
I believe we are talking about two different people. The "Chinese "Klara Blum never went to Tel Aviv.
The Klara Blum in the picture was quite active in the "Wizo". She and her family lived in the Pardinigasse.
Her daughter Lizzie was a friend of mine.
