I don't remember any street in old Czernowitz ever looking like that,
miserable, decaying NEVER when we lived there.
As the 100th anniversary has been and is gone so the need to repair the
city remains a promise. Maybe at the 110 anniversary or another memorable
date they'll wake up again!!!??
