[Cz-L] PEKELMANN; Conrad

Hello,
does anyone have details on Conrad Pekelmann of Czernowitz, born 1864
(or 1867).
He studied in Vienna and Zurich and was a journalist and theater critic.
At the
turn of the century he published at the "Bukowiner Nachrichten".
