Dear Czernowitz friends,

I am writing to introduce my friend Tom Trezise (copied on this message) who is interested in traveling to Chernivtsi later this month. He is looking for advice on the best ways to get there,places to stay and translators. I hope that those of you who've been recently can provide some advice.
