RE: [Cz-L] Interesting encounter

Since the Romanians were not overjoyed at the Soviet theft of Czernowitz
from the rest of the Bukowina...and made it very obvious even during
Communist times.....and besides,there was always the distant possibility of
a fraternal gesture and a return to Bucharest control. This was much more
of a fear of the City admin people than the "Jewish Problem"!!! Cornel
