do you recognize any other people?
 
There must have been two Yiddish schools at that time (Marianne Hausleitner: Die Rumänisierung der Bukowina. Die Durchsetzung des nationalstaatlichen Anspruchs Grossrumäniens 1918-1944. München: R.Oldenbourg Verlag, 2001, S.364.) and I wonder who went to which one? Selma Merbaum went to the Yiddish School Nr. 5 on Austriaplatz - the other one was Yiddish school Nr. 26. - "Teacher Doktorovic" was head of one of them in summer 1940.

yes I just saw it on my facebook,In the lower row I remember Prof,Segal and Gininger who were my teachers at the Jewish school on the Austriaplatz 
 in 1940 to 1941,when the sowiets left.All others, I cannot remember,there was another jewish school on  the Schulgasse . thanks for the picture
