Sorry,Annie,but the EU is taking in Moldova who are extremely poor,whereas
the Ukraine is relatively well-off. Putin threatened to cut off their gas
supply...and it is going to be a cold winter!!! Cornel

My understanding is that the EU aren't really interested in another poor
country joining them and the demonstrations, including change in gov. won't
help.
