Can anyone tell us the gist of the Romanian commentary in this video?

It appears that this was a grass fire. It is not clear to me that this
would necessarily have had any effect on the stones. I rather doubt that
there would have been enough heat to crack them. Or am I wrong?

Perhaps the fire just cleared the vegetation?

No, apparently it wasn't incendiarism or vandalism, "just" an accident in
