The number of Jews deported from Bucovina Bessarabia, and North Moldova was
approximately 300000. Only Czernowitz had a Popovici. All the the
Bessarabian Jews, all the Jews from the towns and villages of Bucovina, from
Dorohoi and the environment. I have met there even people from the Regat.
