Dear Gabriele and Eduard,
I met Lydia some years ago in Paris : we met in the Yiddish house first
then I organized some dinners to meet members of the list . Lydia was
always there and we talk a lot about our family and Czernowitz.
The last dinner was at the Paris Conference.
We talk together by phone and by email many times. She said me that she was
ill but always said : "I am tired, but I am better now ".
I am very sad and I will ask where she is buried.
RIP
