Then non-Jews. I can't believe Buczacz was always 100% Jewish. When people move and create a new town, they might named it after the old town. Or, the Monasteryzka family might have been quite prolific.

 Is it possible that there is a simpler explanation. 
 Maybe a group of Jews from a part of Buczacz travelled to
 the area you are referring to and established the section
 using the same name as the one they came from?
