This site is in Hebrew, can be read with Windows Explorer.

More active website is the Bukovina Jews Organization.
Most of the site is in Hebrew, but there are few English pages, including Câmpulung:

I am reading this page with Chrome browser and it is supposed to be in Hebrew but I am getting confusing script. This is what I see
