From what I have read, Arseniy Yatsenyuk denies that he is Jewish.
In his conversation with president Obama , which I watched on
television,
he said that president Putin accused him of being Anti-Semitic.
And that as proof that this was not so, he said that he nominated
a Jewish man to be the first deputy prime-minister in the Ukrainian
provisional government.
I was unable to to find more information about the first deputy prime-
minister,
nor do I understand the the roles of deputy ministers in the
Ukrainian government.
